Nexus at the Intersolar in Munich

From May 7th to 9th, Munich will once again be the beating heart of solar energy with the new edition of Intersolar Europe, the largest international trade fair dedicated to photovoltaics, storage technologies, and sustainable energy solutions. In this globally significant setting, Nexus, an Italian company specialized in the production of plastic technical components, is ready to bring its expertise in the design of solar panel mounting systems.

The participation of Nexus in the Intersolar Monaco 2025 fair represents an important opportunity to showcase innovative, patented, and sustainable solutions for solar panel installation, combining technical performance, lightness, durability, and versatility to installers, designers, and industry professionals. Let’s take a closer look, starting with the heart of the event where the company will be present: the Intersolar Europe fair.

Intersolar Europe: a global reference for solar energy

Intersolar Europe takes place every year at the Messe München exhibition center in Munich and is an integral part of The smarter E Europe, Europe’s largest platform dedicated to the energy sector. The event brings together the four Intersolar fairs, ees Europe (storage), Power2Drive Europe (electric mobility), and EM-Power Europe (energy management), creating a comprehensive ecosystem for discussing the future of energy.

With over 85,000 visitors from 160 countries and more than 1,370 exhibitors, Intersolar Monaco is much more than just a trade fair: it is an international hub where global trends are defined, strategic partnerships are made, and cutting-edge technologies in the renewable energy sector are showcased.

Since its first edition in 1991, the Intersolar Europe fair has aimed to promote sustainable and advanced solutions for the generation, storage, and distribution of solar energy. Today, it is considered a key event for anyone involved in photovoltaics and is the ideal stage for companies like Nexus, which stand out for their continuous research and development of innovative products.

Intersolar 2025: innovation, sustainability, and new energy solutions

The 2025 Intersolar Munich fair program will focus on three main themes: digitalization of photovoltaic systems, integration of solar and energy storage, and innovative materials to increase the efficiency and durability of systems.

  • Digitalization and smart monitoring
The efficiency of photovoltaic systems no longer depends solely on the quality of the panels but also on the ability to monitor performance in real-time, predict anomalies, and optimize yields. Therefore, the 2025 edition will heavily focus on integrating IoT sensors, control systems, and digital platforms for energy management.
  • Energy storage: hybrid and smart solutions
The combination of photovoltaic systems and storage solutions has become crucial for self-consumption and grid stabilization. The fair will present new technologies for batteries, hybrid modules, and plug-and-play solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial use.
  • Innovation in materials and mounting systems
Even the "invisible" components of a solar installation are evolving rapidly. From support structures to mounting systems and battery enclosures, new lightweight, durable, and environmentally friendly materials are redefining industry standards. This is also a key focus for Nexus’ offerings.

Nexus at Intersolar 2025: smart solutions for photovoltaics

Nexus' participation in the Intersolar Monaco fair is an opportunity to strengthen the company’s international presence in the renewable energy sector, with particular focus on the design and production of plastic mounting systems for solar panels.

With extensive experience in plastic processing and a sustainability-driven approach, Nexus will showcase its patented systems at Monaco, offering:

  • Maximum adaptability: compatibility with different panel models and installation surfaces (sloped roofs, flat surfaces, facades).
  • Simplified installation: systems designed to reduce installation time and the need for special tools.
  • Weather resistance: high-quality materials that maintain performance over time, even in harsh environmental conditions.
  • Environmental sustainability: reduced ecological footprint thanks to the use of recyclable technical plastics and optimized production cycles.

Nexus will be present at stand A5.240 – Italy Pavilion, where it will be possible to closely view the mounting systems and engage with the company’s team on practical applications of the offered solutions.

It is possible to request a complimentary ticket to attend the fair.
